Once your oven has thoroughly heated, place your chicken wings into a baking dish, and then slide them into the oven to bake for roughly forty minutes, or until the chicken is crispy and no longer pink on the inside. While your chicken is baking, take out a saucepan, and then add into it the French's Worcestershire sauce, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Heinz distilled white vinegar, real unsalted butter, white all purpose baking flour, ground cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
