Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Chris from Buffalo New York for submitting this best buffalo wings recipe. To get started, first you will want to take out your deep fryer. You want just enough oil in your deep fryer to cover your chicken, so adjust it accordingly. Heat the oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. While your oil is heating, take out a small saucepan, and add into it the real unsalted butter, Tapatio Salsa Picante hot sauce, coarse ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Heat these ingredients over low heat, stirring until the sauce is even and thick. Once the sauce is done, remove it from the burner, and set it aside. Next take out a small mixing bowl, and sift together the white all purpose baking flour, sweet paprika, hot cayenne pepper, and kosher salt. You will then want to evenly coat your chicken wings in this breading base, then set them in a dish. Place the dish into the refrigerator, and let the breaded chicken chill for at least one hour. Once chilled, fry your chicken in the hot oil for roughly fifteen minutes, or until the chicken is crisp and golden, and the meat is white throughout. After your chicken is cooked, coat each wing in the hot sauce mixture that you prepared earlier. Thanks for checking out this recipe.
