Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Lee from Hartford Connecticut for allowing us to publish his Buffalo NY wild buffalo wings recipe. For step one, please take out a traditional deep fryer. Pour enough oil into the unit to just barely cover your wings, which should be around five cups. You will then want to heat the oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Next you will want to take out a saucepan, and add into it the softened real unsalted butter, medium Louisiana hot sauce, Heinz distilled white vinegar, table salt, and ground black pepper. Heat these ingredients over low heat, stirring until the sauce becomes thick and uniform. Once the buffalo sauce is done, remove it from the burner. By this time your oil should be sufficiently heated, so you will now want to add your chicken wings into the sizzling hot deep fryer. Do make sure that you have removed the tips from your lean chicken wings, and that your chicken is completely defrosted before frying it. It will take roughly fifteen minutes for your chicken to become golden and crisp, at which point you will want to remove it from the fryer. Set it out on a paper towel lined plated for five minutes, or until much of the greased has drained off. Next place your chicken into a sealable bowl, then drizzle over it all of the still hot buffalo sauce. Next place a lid over the bowl, and then shake and toss the chicken so that each piece gets evenly coated in hot sauce. Serve the chicken hot with a side of blue cheese dressing to dip the chicken into. We hope that you enjoyed this delicious classic American recipe.
