Once your oil has fully heated, very carefully lower your lean chicken wings into the sizzling liquid. Be very carefully not to burn yourself during this process. Let your chicken deep fry for roughly fourteen minutes, or until the meat is white, and outer skin is crispy and well done. Place your finished chicken on a napkin lined plate once it is finished. Next you will want to prepare the sauce, so take out a medium size pan, and pour into it the Cajun Power Worcestershire sauce, Jack Daniel's honey Dijon mustard, softened unsalted margarine, granulated kosher salt, Frank's RedHot buffalo wing sauce, fresh minced garlic cloves, dark brown cane sugar, and black pepper.
