Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Christian from Cincinnati Ohio for sending us this savory buffalo wings and beer recipe. To get started, first you will want to set up your deep fryer. Pour the Meijer peanut oil into the unit, and then bring it to a heat of 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Once your oil is blistering hot, add in your lean chicken drummettes, and let them fry for approximately fifteen minutes, or until each piece is crispy and golden brown. While your chicken is cooking, take out a saucepan, and then add into it the Corona Extra beer, Cholula medium hot sauce, softened real salted butter, ground garlic powder, ground onion powder, fresh squeezed lime juice, and dark brown cane sugar. Heat these ingredients over medium heat, stirring rapidly until all the ingredients melt together, and form a rich even buffalo sauce. You will then want to take out a sealable bowl, place your cooked chicken into it, then pour all of your buffalo sauce over the top of the chicken. Tightly secure a lid on to the bowl, and then shake and toss the chicken until each piece is thoroughly glazed with the sauce. Serve the chicken immediately while each piece is still hot. Thanks for checking out this exquisite recipe, we hope that you enjoyed it.
