Preparation Instructions:
Thanks to Brian from Beverly Hills California who was kind enough to submit this buffalo wings blue cheese dip recipe for publishing. To get started, please take out a small mixing bowl. Add into the bowl your fresh blue cheese and cold fresh buttermilk, mashing the ingredients together with a fork until they have a cottage cheese like texture. Add more buttermilk if you notice it's too thick. You will then want to rapidly stir in the Tone's ground garlic powder, Napa Valley White Wine Vinegar, Kraft creamy mayonnaise, coarse ground black pepper, cold fresh sour cream, kosher salt, and white granulated sugar. Vigorously stir these ingredients together until the blue cheese dip is smooth and even. Do a quick taste test at this point just to make sure that you don't need to balance out the flavor some more. This dip can be used for both buffalo chicken wings and fresh crisp organic celery sticks. We hope that you enjoyed it.
