Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Travis from the Washington DC District of Columbia area for sending in this buffalo wings delivery style recipe. To begin the preparation process, first you will want to take out a deep fryer. Pour your Crisco brand vegetable oil into the fryer, and bring it's temperature up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Once your oil is scalding hot, carefully lower your lean chicken drummettes into it, and let them deep fry for fifteen minutes, or until the meat is white, and the outer skin is brown and crispy. Once your chicken is done, place each piece on to a paper towel lined baking sheet, so that you can drain away some of the frying grease. Next take out a medium size saucepan, and pour into it the fresh squeezed lemon juice, Kikkoman all purpose soy sauce, softened salted margarine, Stubb's spicy barbecue sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, coarse ground black pepper, and dark brown cane sugar. Heat these ingredients over low heat, stirring until they all melt together and form a thick and rich buffalo wing sauce. Do a quick taste test to make sure the flavor is to your liking, then remove the pan from the burner. You will then want to place your still hot fried chicken into a sealable bowl, then pour the sauce over the top of it. Seal the bowl with a lid, then vigorously toss the chicken until each piece is heavily coated in the sauce. Immediately serve the chicken while it's hot. We hope that you enjoyed this recipe, do visit us again soon.
