Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Keaton from Denver Colorado for submitting this amazing buffalo wings restaurant style recipe. To get started, first you will need to take out a deep fryer, and then add in your Crisco cooking oil. Heat this oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Once your oil is hot, fry your lean chicken wings until they are golden brown and the inner meat is completely white, which should take about twelve to twenty minutes. Once your wings are done cooking, lay them out on a baking sheet lined with paper towels, as this will wick away any excess oil. Moving along, next take out a medium size saucepan, and then add into it the Tabasco Original Flavor Pepper Sauce, mango ginger Habanero sauce, and ground cayenne pepper. If you don't have access to our choice of hot sauce, then any hot sauce will do. Heat these ingredients over low heat, stirring until the sauce thickens. Next take out metal tongs, and dip your chicken into this sauce, making sure to thoroughly coat each wing. You will then want to place these finished chicken wings on to a serving platter. Serve them immediately while they are still hot. For a dipping sauce, be sure to use the blue cheese dressing. Thanks for reading through this recipe.
