Preparation Instructions:
To get this buffalo wing sauce recipe started, first you will want to saute your dry cayenne peppers in a cooking skillet. Do be careful not to burn the peppers. Once these are tender and juicy, cover them with the bottled mineral water, and then bring the contents to a boil. Let these contents simmer for roughly ten minutes. Next drain out the water from the skillet, and then add the cooked cayenne peppers to your blender. Next add into the blender half a cup of fresh bottled water, half a cup of Heinz white distilled vinegar, and half a teaspoon of kosher salt. Blend these ingredients together until a smooth creamy sauce forms. Moving along, next take out a new cooking skillet, and then melt your butter inside of it. Next add in the diced Vidalia onion, fresh minced garlic clove, diced tomatoes, and the whole bottle of Valentina black label hot sauce. Let these ingredients cook for five minutes, stirring often to prevent any burning. Once the sauce is done, pour it into your blender with the cayenne pepper already inside, and then blend the contents together for roughly two to three minutes. Next add in the fresh squeezed lemon juice, organic bees honey, and tomato ketchup, and then blend the sauce again for about thirty seconds. Lastly you will want to pour all of the blender sauce into your cooking skillet, and then let the sauce simmer on medium heat for twenty full minutes. You can coat your buffalo wings in this sauce after you've fried them, and then bake on the sauce. Cheers, we hope you enjoyed this recipe.
