Preparation Instructions:
Our staff would like to thank Justin from Chicago Illinois who was nice enough to submit this Chicago BBQ buffalo wings recipe. To get started with the recipe, first you will want to prep your backyard grill or barbecue. Be sure to thoroughly clean the grill grate, and then lightly grease the grate with the pure vegetable oil. Heat your grill to about medium to medium high heat. Once the grill is sizzling hot, add on to it your lean chicken wings. Let your chicken cook for about twenty minutes, turning each piece over at the half way marker. While your chicken is cooking, take out a saucepan, and add into it the A1 Chicago Style Steakhouse Marinade sauce, softened real salted butter, Heinz distilled white vinegar, Crystal Worcestershire sauce, fresh squeezed lemon juice, ground garlic powder, white granulated sugar, hot cayenne pepper, sweet smoked red paprika, and coarse ground black pepper. Heat these ingredients over medium heat, stirring until a thick and uniform sauce forms. By this time your chicken should have crossed the twenty minute marker, so take a pair of tongs, and dredge each chicken piece into the sauce you just prepared, then place them back on to the grill to cook for another ten to twenty minutes. Continue brushing the sauce on to the chicken while it grills, making sure each piece is thoroughly coated with the sauce. Once your chicken is white on the inside, and crisp and golden on the outside, remove it from the grill. Serve up the chicken while it's hot. Thanks for checking out this delicious BBQ buffalo wings recipe, we hope that you enjoyed it.
