12 Lean Buffalo Chicken Wings

3 Teaspoons Of Coarse Ground Black Pepper

Preparation Instructions:
To begin this mouthwatering crispy fried hot wings recipe, first you will need to take out a small mixing bowl. Add into the bowl the Cajun seasoned salt, one tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes, two teaspoons of coarse ground black pepper, two teaspoons of fine ground cayenne pepper, poultry seasoning, and lemon pepper seasoning. Whisk all these delicious ingredients together until you have an even mixture. Reserve two seasoning tablespoons of this mixture for later. Next take out a shallow baking dish, and line it with your lean buffalo chicken wings. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the top of the chicken, making sure they are evenly coated. Next you will want to cover the dish, and then let the chicken chill for one hour in the refrigerator. Moving along, next take out a mixing bowl, and whisk together the eggs, hot sauce, the remaining crushed red pepper flakes, the remaining coarse ground black pepper, and the remaining portion of cayenne pepper.
