To begin the preparation process, first you will want to take out a medium size mixing bowl. Add into the bowl the crumbled fresh blue cheese, Hellmann's real mayonnaise, cold fresh low fat sour cream, fresh squeezed lime juice, large fresh minced garlic cloves, black pepper, and table salt. Mix these ingredients together until a smooth and creamy dip forms, then seal the bowl and place it into the refrigerator to chill for two hours. Next take out a deep fryer, and then pour into it your pure vegetable oil. Heat the oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. On a side not, do be sure that you have just enough oil in your fryer to cover your chicken, and not an amount greater or less. If this amount of oil differs from our called for proportion, then make the necessary adjustment so that you do not waste any oil. Once your oil has heated, deep fry your chicken wings until they are crisp and golden, and the meat is tender and white. The cooking process should take ten to fifteen minutes total. While your chicken is cooking, take out a saucepan, and then add into it the real salted butter and Tapatio hot sauce. Stir these ingredients over medium heat until the sauce is thick and even. Remove the sauce from the burner once it is ready.
