Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Melissa from Atlanta Georgia for allowing our staff to publish this tasty dry rub buffalo wings recipe. To begin, first you will want to completely defrost your chicken, then remove the tips from the wings. Next you will want to take out a large sealable mixing bowl, and then thoroughly whisk together the dark brown sugar, chili powder, sweet smoked paprika, ground cumin, hot cayenne pepper, ground garlic powder, ground mustard powder, table salt, and black pepper. Next you will want to take a brush, and evenly coat each chicken wing with the pure vegetable oil. Once all of your chicken wings are coated in the oil, place them into the bowl with the dry rub mix, seal the lid on to the bowl, and then vigorously shake the chicken so that it gets evenly coated with the seasonings. You will then want to preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or 205 degrees Celsius. Place your seasoned chicken wings into a baking dish, and then cook them for about half an hour, or until they reach a desired doneness, and all the inner meat is white. At about the half way baking marker, sprinkle the remaining seasonings over the top of the baking chicken, then slide the dish back into the oven. Serve the chicken, alone with a side of blue cheese dressing dip. Cheers, we hope you enjoyed it.
