Preparation Instructions:
I would like to give a shout out to Jason from San Francisco California for allowing our staff to publish this Frank's RedHot buffalo wings recipe. For step one, please set up your deep fryer unit. Pour into it the Meijer vegetable oil, and then bring it to a temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Once your oil is blazing hot, very carefully lower the lean chicken drummettes into it, trying not to splash around any of the oil. You will want to let your chicken cook in the oil for ten to fifteen minutes, or until the inner meat is white, and your outer skin is golden brown and really crispy. While you chicken is cooking, take out a cast iron saucepan, and pour into it the Frank's RedHot hot cayenne pepper sauce, softened real unsalted butter, Heinz white distilled vinegar, Annie's Naturals Worcestershire sauce, Dole pineapple juice, white all purpose baking flour, white granulated sugar, fine ground table salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir these ingredients over medium low heat, until all of these tasty ingredients melt together and form a uniform and consistent buffalo wing sauce. By this time your chicken should be done, so wick away any excess cooking oil from the chicken, then place the pieces into a large sealable bowl. You will then want to pour your buffalo wing sauce over the chicken, then place a lid over the bowl. Gently toss the chicken until each drummette is completely coated in the sauce. You will then want to serve the chicken immediately while it is still really hot. We hope that you have enjoyed this excellent tasting wings recipe as much as we have.
