Preparation Instructions:
Many thanks to Mary from Seattle Washington who was kind enough to submit this honey BBQ buffalo wild wings recipe. For the first step, please take out a baking sheet, and line it with baking foil. Lightly grease the foil with a cooking spray. Next take out a sealable plastic bag, and add into it the kosher salt, ground cayenne pepper, ground garlic powder, and white all purpose baking flour. Zip the bag shut, then shake the contents together until an even breading base has formed. Next add your lean chicken wings into the bag, seal it, and then toss the chicken until each piece is evenly coated with the breading. You are now reading to lay these chicken pieces onto the baking sheet, then slide it into the refrigerator to chill for one full hour. Once that time is up, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or 205 degrees Celsius. While your oven is heating, take out a small saucepan, and then add into it the Buffalo Wild Wings brand honey BBQ sauce and real salted butter. Heat these ingredients over medium high heat, stirring until the sauce becomes thick and even. Remove the sauce from the burner, then dip each chicken wing into it, then place them back on to the baking sheet. Do make sure that each wing is thoroughly smothered in the sauce. You will then want to slide the baking sheet into the oven, and let the chicken bake for roughly forty five minutes, or until each wing is golden brown and crisp, and the meat is white and no longer pink. Make sure that you turn the chicken over once about half way through the baking process. Thanks for checking out this recipe.
