Preparation Instructions:
My old friend Antonio from Dallas Texas mailed me this honey mustard buffalo wings recipe to publish here on my website. To get this delicious recipe moving along, first you will need to setup a deep fryer unit, or something that you can use to a similar end. Pour your Crisco pure canola oil into the fryer, then set the temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Once your oil reaches that temperature, very carefully lower your lean chicken wings into it. I should mentioned that do be sure that your wings are completely defrosted, and you will also want to have removed the wing tips before the frying process. You will want to fry the chicken for roughly nine to sixteen minutes, or until the chicken skin is nice and crispy, and the inner chicken meat is totally white without any traces of pink or red. While your chicken wings are getting fried, you will then want to move on to the sauce preparation stage. Take out a medium size saucepan, and add into it the softened salted margarine, Beaver brand sweet honey mustard, Habanero hot sauce, Heinz distilled white vinegar, lemon pepper seasoning, organic bees honey, Szeged Hungarian hot paprika, and ground cumin. With all these fresh and yummy ingredients in your pan, heat them over medium low heat, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens. You will then want to remove the saucepan from the stove. Around this time your chicken will have cooked, so take out a pair on tongs, and remove each chicken wing from the fryer, making sure that all the excess frying grease drips off. Next place your wings into a large sealable bowl, and then dump all the sauce over the top of them. Place a lid on to the bowl, then toss the chicken around until each wing has a nice hearty layer of sauce around it. Serve up these bad boys while they're hot, along with a bowl filled with delicious Hidden Valley blue cheese dressing for dipping. Don't forget the cold beers and Pepsi to wash the buffalo chicken wings down with.
