Preparation Instructions:
Many thanks to Sharon from Boston Massachusetts who was kind enough to send us her mock KFC chicken buffalo wings recipe. To get started, please take out your deep fryer unit, and then set it up. Once the unit has been prepped, pour into it the Meijer vegetable oil, setting the temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Once your oil has reached a blistering hot level, slowly lower the lean chicken drummettes into it, however do be very careful not to splash any of the hot oil on to yourself. Next take out a saucepan, and pour into it the Tabasco original flavor pepper sauce, fresh squeezed lemon juice, Bragg organic apple cider vinegar, Texas Pete hot sauce, bees honey, softened real salted butter, ground garlic powder, and ground cayenne pepper. Using a metal whisk or spoon, briskly stir the ingredients together over low heat. Once your sauce reaches a thick and even consistency, remove the pan from the burner and set it aside. By this time your chicken should be done, with it's outer skin crisp and golden, and it's inner meat pure white. You will then want to transfer your chicken into a large sealable bowl. Next evenly pour the sauce over the top of the chicken. Moving along, next seal a lid on to the bowl, and then vigorously toss and shake the chicken until each piece is nicely glazed with the sauce. Serve the chicken drummettes immediately while they are still hot, along with a bowl of blue cheese dressing which can be used for dipping the chicken into. Thanks for checking this cool recipe out.
