I would like to thank Anthony from Dover Delaware for sending in this low calories buffalo wings recipe for publishing. As most of you are well aware, deep fried buffalo wings are about double the calorie content as baked wings, so this recipe contains about the half the calories. To get started, first you will want to preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or 205 degrees Celsius. You will then want to defrost your wings, and then remove the tips from them. Next place them in a glass baking dish, and slide them into the oven to bake for half an hour. While they are baking, take out a saucepan, and add into it the private label Louisiana hot sauce, Kikkoman regular soy sauce, ground garlic salt, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and ground black pepper. Stir these ingredients together over low heat, until a thick and rich sauce forms. Once your chicken has baked for half an hour, remove the dish from the oven, then drain away all of the excess grease. Next pour your buffalo sauce over the top of the wings, then stir them around so that each piece is evenly coated. You will then want to slide the chicken back into the oven to bake for another twelve to fifteen minutes, or until the meat is white throughout, and the sauce is a nice thick glaze around the meat. Serve the wings while they are hot. Don't forget to pour yourself a nice cold ale beer.
