This delicious low fat buffalo wings recipe was sent to me for publishing by Amy of Montgomery Alabama. To get started, first you will want to preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Next take out a baking dish, and then neatly place your lean skinless chicken wings into it. Once your oven has thoroughly heated, slide the baking dish into the oven, and let your chicken cook for roughly forty minutes, or until it's crisp and golden. While your chicken is baking, take out a saucepan, and add into it the Sticky Fingers Habanero Hot BBQ Sauce, fresh squeezed lemon juice, ground garlic powder, ground black pepper, and table salt. Stir these ingredients together over medium heat, until the sauce is thick and even. Once your chicken is done, dredge each wing into the hot sauce using a metal tong, then place them all back into the dish. If you have any leftover hot sauce, pour it over the top of the chicken. Finally you will want to slide the dish back into the oven, and continue to let the chicken bake for another ten to fifteen minutes, or until the sauce is moist yet glazed on to the chicken. Serve the chicken hot, along with a nice cold dark porter beer.
