Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank David from Orlando Florida for being kind enough to submit this wonderful mild buffalo wings sauce recipe for publishing. To get started, first you will want to take out a medium to small saucepan, and add into it the softened real salted butter, fresh squeezed lemon juice, Yuasa Mukashi Shoyu dark soy sauce, Batten Island mild hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Using a wooden spoon, stir these ingredients over medium low heat, until a thick and even sauce forms, and all the contents have fully melted together. At this point you are ready for the application of the sauce, so you have two choices. You can either place the chicken and sauce into a sealable bowl, and then toss the chicken until it's evenly coated. Or for the second application option, you can take metal tongs, and dredge each individual chicken piece into the buffalo sauce, however this method will take longer than the first method.
