Preparation Instructions:
Andrea from Buffalo New York sent us this mock Anchor Bar buffalo wings recipe for publishing. To begin, first you will want to take out a saucepan, and then add into it the Original Flavor Tabasco Pepper Sauce, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Bulldog Worcestershire Sauce, Heinz distilled white vinegar, ground hot cayenne pepper, McCormick ground red pepper, softened margarine, ground celery seed, Lawry's garlic salt, and coarse ground black pepper. Heat these ingredients over medium, stirring until the margarine has completely melted, and the sauce is thick and even. You will then want to prepare your lean chicken wings, by discarding the tips, and then defrosting them if needed. Next take out a deep fryer, and add into it the pure vegetable oil. You want just enough oil to cover the wings, so make any adjustments need so as not to waste any oil. Heat this oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Once it is sizzling hot, fry your wings for roughly ten to fifteen minutes, or until they are crisp and golden. Place the finished wings on to a paper towel lined plate, so that any excess oil can be wicked away. Next place the wings into a deep bowl, then pour all of the sauce over them. Using a long wooden spoon, rapidly stir the wings around until they are all evenly coated with the buffalo sauce. As a secondary option, you can place a lid over the bowl, and shake the wings to get the sauce on them. Serve up the wings while they are still hot. Thanks for visiting us.
