I would like to give a shout out to Ben from Modesto California, who was nice enough to send me this mock buffalo wings & rings recipe. To get started, first you will want to set up your deep fryer. Pour into it the pure Wesson canola oil, and bring it to a temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Next you will want to place your lean chicken drummettes into the hot oil, and let them deep fry for about fifteen minutes, or until they are crisp and golden, and the inner meat is white in color. Set the chicken on to a plate lined with napkins or paper towels, so that you can wick away most of the excess frying oil. Next take out a saucepan, and pour into it the fresh squeezed lemon juice, dried Italian salad dressing mix, French's Worcestershire sauce, softened salted real butter, Louisiana hot sauce, ground garlic powder, and bees honey. Stir these ingredients over medium heat, until a thick and rich sauce forms. Next you will want to place your chicken into a sealable bowl, and then pour your buffalo sauce over the top of them. Place a lid on to the bowl, and then shake the chicken until it's evenly coated with the sweet hot sauce. Serve the chicken hot, along with a round of hefeweizen beers that are garnished with a lemon wedge.
