Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Janet from San Diego California for allowing us to publish her mock hot Wings n' Things recipe. First you will want to take out a medium size mixing bowl, and then beat your large fresh whole egg. Next beat in the roasted peanut oil, Bragg apple cider vinegar, granulated table salt, hot cayenne pepper, ground garlic powder, fresh ground nutmeg, celery salt, ground coriander, and fresh ground cloves. Vigorously whisk all of these ingredients together until an even buffalo sauce has formed. You will then want to prepare your thawed lean chicken wings, by removing the wing tips from the meat. Moving along, next dip each lean chicken wing into the buffalo sauce, then lay it inside of a shallow roasting pan. You will want to bake your wings for ten to twelve minutes at 500 degrees Fahrenheit, or 260 degrees Celsius. Turn the meat over several times during the baking process, until it's crisp and golden, and the inner meat is solid white with no traces of pink. Serve the wings with fresh organic celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping. Thanks for checking out this recipe.
