Preparation Instructions:
This New York City buffalo wings recipe was sent in to us by Ernie of Little Rock Arkansas. To get started, please preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat. Don't forget to thoroughly clean and oil your grill grate. Next evenly season the lean chicken wings with the hot cayenne pepper, kosher salt, and coarse ground black pepper. Your chicken is now ready to cook, so place each piece on to the grill, and then cook them for about half an hour, or until the juices run clear. While your wings are cooking, brush them with the organic bees honey, so that it gets cooked on as a sweet glaze. For the last step, you will want to take out a saucepan, and place into it the real salted butter and medium red hot sauce. Heat these ingredients over low heat, stirring until the sauce becomes thick and even. Using a metal tong, place the cooked chicken wings into this sauce so that they are fully coated, and then place the wings back on to the grill for one to two minutes. Serve the wings hot, with a nice tall glass of Guinness beer.
