This award winning top buffalo wings restaurants recipe was submitted to us by Tracy of Houston Texas. Basically the recipe features a little something from all of the top most well known buffalo wings restaurants across the United States. To get started, take out your deep frying unit, and set it up. Add into it the pure vegetable oil, then bring this oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. You will then want to take toothpicks, and then firmly secure a half slice of breakfast bacon around each chicken drummette. Once your oil is sizzling hot, very gently lower the lean chicken drummettes into it, making sure that you don't get burned in the process. Let your bacon wrapped chicken fry for about fifteen minutes, or until it is brown and crispy, and the inner chicken meat is white. Set your finished chicken on to a napkin lined plate so that the grease can drain away. Next take out a saucepan, and pour into it the softened real salted butter, white all purpose baking flour, crushed red pepper flakes, smoked sweet paprika, mushroom soy sauce, dark brown cane sugar, hot and spicy BBQ sauce, ground garlic powder, and ground onion powder. Whisk these ingredients together over medium heat, until the sauce is thick and even. You will then want to place all of your chicken into a large sealable bowl, and then pour over it the sauce. Seal the bowl off with a lid, then toss your chicken until it's evenly coated with the sauce. Be sure that your bacon is still firmly in place around the chicken with the toothpicks, or it will fall off during this phase. Serve the chicken immediately while it's hot, removing the toothpicks from them before you eat them. Serve this dish with the blue cheese dressing dip.
